Write to a persecuted Christian

Christians who are persecuted can easily feel alone. They need to feel that they are not forgotten. You can encourage them with a letter.

🇮🇷💔 Christians in Iran pay a high price for their faith 🇮🇷💔 Christians in Iran are paying a high price for their faithSeveral Iranian Christians - including Morteza, Hannah and Daniel - have just been sent to prison for something as simple as praying, singing and celebrating Christmas together. Homes are searched, Bibles confiscated, and peaceful faith communities are labeled a “threat to the state.”Yet they stand firm in their faith.🙏 Pray with us for those now behind bars: that they will find strength, courage and hope - and that authorities will stop criminalizing Christian activities.#Jesus #Iran #Christmas #persecuted #persecuted Christians #prayer #church #prisoner of conscience

Ozan's father: “You have to choose between Jesus and me” South Ozan's father: “You have to choose between Jesus and me” Sydvestjyllands Efterskole's Reach Out program has been on a trip to Turkey together with the Danish European Mission. Here they met the pastor Ozan who shared his testimony. Jesus came to Ozan in a dream where he shone with a bright light. Ozan shared it with his girlfriend, but did not want to accept Jesus. He had another dream three weeks later, which he again shared with his friend, who laughed with joy when she knew what it meant because she was already a Christian. Three days later, he felt a strong inexplicable joy in his heart that woke him up at night. In the middle of the night, he gave his life to Jesus. Ozan was kicked out of his childhood home because of his choice, but after 18 years contact was restored. His father tells him that the Bible is different and that Jesus is not like the other prophets in the Quran. Ozan tells his father that this is because Jesus is the Son of God.
A life transformed: Meet Yasim and Mardi. In Centrala. A life transformed: Meet Yasim and Mardi. In Central Asia, church planters Amir and Faziya met married couple Yasim and Mardi, who were facing great difficulties. After praying for the family, Amir and Faziya visited them with help in the form of food and shared the gospel. The couple accepted Jesus and a transformation took place: they immediately experienced "an extraordinary joy and peace." In just two months, they have paid off their debt and got good jobs. Unfortunately, their new faith has led to persecution; relatives call them 'crazy' and deceived by the 'lying book'.Amir and Faziya, however, continue to support and teach God's Word in the house church so that Yasim and Mardi can hold on to Jesus. They thank you for your prayers and support! #Jesus #prayer #prayers #persecuted Christians #Christians #persecuted #God #central Asia #teamjesus
Mojtaba had a nikah al-Mut'a contract of 99 years Mojtaba had a nikah al-Mut'a contract of 99 years with a woman so they could legally have casual sex Mojtaba from Iran belonged to Sufism, a group that practiced mysticism. He says, "I danced and could tell fortunes. That way we thought we were close to God, but inside I felt emptiness." 13 years ago, a friend gave Mojtaba a Bible. He read it for a year and knew he had received a precious gift. He went to a neighboring country to be baptized and when he returned home, he told his wives what had happened. The woman with the nikah al Mut'a contract left him, but the other had secretly read the Bible as well. A week later, she accepted Jesus as her savior. "A weight left me when I asked for forgiveness for my sin. I was as excited as a child when I told my friend who had given me the Bible that I had accepted Jesus"
