I'm currently in Iraq meeting local Christians whose projects Danish European Mission donors support.
In one of the projects, children receive trauma treatment - children who in some cases have seen the atrocities of the Islamic State with their own eyes - and desperately need help processing the memories.
In the video I recorded, Pastor Rassan thanks us for our prayers and financial support for this work. Watch the video here.
Remarkably, he goes on to say that our support means that Iraqi Christians do not feel abandoned.
