Thousands of flood victims are still waiting for help. That's why the Danish European Mission has launched a collection for the victims.

A team of Christian workers is ready to help those in need and provide them with the most urgent relief such as food, medicine, clothing and clean water to help them survive the massive disaster.

Many of the people that the Danish European Mission is already helping with education are affected by the disaster. Two girls who attended our sewing schools have died due to the floods.

The first aid of DKK 250,000 has been sent to our church partner in the country, granted by the Danish Mission Council Development Department. This means that around 900 victims have received emergency aid on August 5, 2010.

The emergency is now so widespread that the team of aid workers urgently needs to get medicine, food and other relief supplies out as soon as possible. Many Christians and others in need are desperately waiting for our relief efforts.
