In 1 Corinthians. 12,26-27 We read: "If one body part suffers, all the others suffer. If one part of the body is honored, all the others rejoice. You are the body of Christ and each one of his members".
In these difficult times for Christians around the world, we are called to encourage and support each other as one body. We can see that Christians everywhere are suffering in different waysrSome suffer from within, others from without. But when the 'Children of Hope' burn together in one spirit, in one vision, there will be no distance and nothing standing between us! Our Heavenly Father can fulfill our dreams and answer our prayers.
Today, our Muslim brothers and sisters in Central Asia need our special attention. Not only because they are increasingly persecuted, but also because they can be the key to reaching the lost Muslim Turkic-speaking peoples of Russia, Afghanistan and China.
- Many young people in Central Asia are searching for God, but sometimes end up in radical Muslim environments. Pray for the church to have the courage to share the love of Christ with them.
- Pray for the authorities to treat non-Muslims on an equal footing with others.
