Three Pakistani children suddenly found themselves without their father Three Pakistani children were suddenly left without their father after the Pakistani Taliban murdered him. Fortunately, the children were able to receive help at an orphanage supported by Danish European Mission donors. Will you join us in praying for more people in Pakistan to meet Jesus as their savior? 🙏
Many Iranians are happy today They are happy because Ice Many Iranians are happy today. They are happy because Israel and the US have attacked Iran. Because Israel and the US are not fighting against Iranians but for Iranians. The Ayatollah regime has been extremist throughout its 47 years in power. And suppressed convert Christians and other dissenters. In addition, the regime has sought to destabilize the Middle East with its support for Hamas in Gaza, the Houthis in Yemen, Hezbollah in Lebanon and Shiite militias in Iraq and Syria (until the fall of the Assad regime). The regime retaliated against popular protests in January 2026 with massacres in which thousands died and were injured. This has only created an even greater backlash against the clerical regime than before. The Danish European Mission has received reports that even more Iranians are now seeking alternatives, including the Christian faith. Thank you for standing with Iranians at this time and praying for the situation in Iran (Photo: Crannofonix News)Follow the link in the comments section and read about the situation for Christians in Iran.
Afghanistan and Pakistan are at war The two countries have Afghanistan and Pakistan are at warThe two countries have been at war since yesterday. Afghanistan has attacked into the Pakistani province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the northwest of the country. Pakistan has attacked Kabul and other cities from the air. The Danish European Mission's school project is located just 50 kilometers from the border with Afghanistan. Here, poor children receive schooling. The majority of the children are from the persecuted Christian minority, but there are also other vulnerable minority children in the project. Please pray for our local partner, for the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and for order to be restored (Photo: Omer Wazir).Follow the link in the comments section and read more about Pakistan.
Timeline: Majority of Pakistan's Christians are efte Timeline: The majority of Pakistan's Christians are descendants of low-caste Hindus - who were also trapped in poverty In the bio you can find a link to a timeline that gives a quick overview of Pakistan's history and the development of Christianity in the country. Christianity brought hope, dignity and a new view of humanity - but not freedom from poverty and persecution.Over 100 people have been killed on blasphemy charges alone - often by mobs incited by extremism.Education and protection are still vital.Join us in praying for the Christians of Pakistan✨
Pakistani judge hands over custody of children Pakistani judge gives custody of 16-year-old Christian girl to 32-year-old man - against her parents' wishes Jessica Iqbal, 16, married 32-year-old Azeem Ullah. On May 16, 2025, a judge granted custody of the child against her parents' wishes. Jessica's father Masih says she was abducted and forced to marry and convert. He says that in the courtroom, Jessica appeared to be under immense pressure to speak in favor of her abductor as she repeatedly said she feared for her family's lives. The Associated Press (AP) reported in 2020 that around 1,000 minority girls are kidnapped annually in Pakistan, particularly girls from Christian and Hindu families. The school project, which the Danish European Mission's donors and supporters are helping to support, says they are experiencing an attempt to groom underage Christian girls. Therefore, the girls are educated and warned against this risk📚
As Russian drones attack Ukraine: Winter aid As Russian drones attack Ukraine: Winter aid for war refugees in Ukraine brings food, warmth and hope Dimitry, a pastor in Poltava, Ukraine, is the local coordinator of the Danish European Mission's emergency aid project. He explains that their everyday life is characterized by air raids as the Russians attack with attack drones and rockets. He says, “For more than three years, local Christians, with the help of Danish European Mission donors, have been distributing aid to those in need in the form of bags of food, electric blankets for winter, bread ovens and gas burners for cooking. The aid feeds poor families and enables them to afford medicine or pay electricity bills. It gives people joy and hope, and they are incredibly grateful. That's why we want to thank you for your support - whether as an intercessor or a donor. It makes a big difference to the Ukrainian people.
