Here you can find all the information you can benefit from as a customer of the Danish European Mission.

Price and payment in Danish kroner

All physical items are inclusive of 25 % VAT and exclusive of taxes, shipping costs and fees. Certain items, such as donations, are not subject to VAT.

Payment for orders can be made with the following payment cards: Dankort and Visa/Dankort. The Danish European Mission webshop uses a payment gateway that guarantees that all card data is sent encrypted and all submitted card information is secure. We only deduct the amount for the goods when they are shipped from Danish European Mission. No amount greater than what you have authorized at the time of purchase can ever be deducted. The applicable price is the price stated on the Danish European Mission webshop for the item in question on the day of the order and which will also appear on the order confirmation. However, Danish European Mission makes reservations for any printing errors.

Is it safe to shop online?

Yes, it is safe to shop in the Danish European Mission webshop. The banks, PBS and the Danish Consumer Council all consider it safe to shop online. The risk of your payment information being intercepted by others is almost non-existent. The Consumer Ombudsman equates the risk of online shopping with the risk of all other commerce. Transportation

Shipping costs will appear before payment is completed and on your invoice. We only deliver to Denmark.

Delivery/delivery time

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Under normal circumstances, your goods will be shipped within one to five days after you have placed your order. If the goods are delivered to a company address, the Danish European Mission's responsibility for the delivery ends upon receipt of the goods. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, Danish European Mission will contact the buyer directly.

Right of withdrawal and complaints

The Danish European Mission's webshop provides a 14-day right of withdrawal, valid from the day you receive your goods. If you regret the purchase, please contact Danish European Mission at info@forfulgtekristne.dk and you will then receive a return note. You send the item, the invoice and the return slip to Dansk Europamission, Drejervej 15, 2400 Copenhagen NV. You must bear the costs associated with returning the item yourself. We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery or sent without postage. There is a full right of return and you get your money back. You are obliged to return the item in the same condition, packaging and quantity as it was received. The item must be in the packaging you received it in. The item must not have been used, altered or damaged. When returning, remember to state the order number/invoice number, name, address, bank name, reg. no. and account no. We will then, as soon as possible after receiving the item in good condition, or accepting the complaint without replacement, deposit the money into your account.

If you discover an error, please contact the Danish European Mission as soon as possible by email info@forfulgtekristne.dk, but no later than 14 days after delivery. Normal wear and tear is not eligible for a complaint. You can cancel by refusing to receive the item and the full amount including payment and shipping costs will be refunded.

Force Majeure

As a result of force majeure, the Danish European Mission webshop's obligations cease. If the period of force majeure is longer than two months, both you and the Danish European Mission webshop have the right to terminate the agreement. Force majeure means, among other things, strikes, staff illness, transportation disruptions, import/export bans, regardless of whether this occurs at the company or its suppliers.

Reservations

Subject to misprints, tax and currency changes, technical errors, image errors and typing errors in the Danish European Mission webshop.

Registration policy

When the customer registers his/her personal information via the Danish European Mission webshop, this information is used solely for the purpose of enabling the Danish European Mission to process the customer's order from the Danish European Mission webshop and thereby enter into an agreement with the customer. Information submitted to the Danish European Mission webshop will not be passed on or sold to third parties. The information is stored indefinitely as long as Danish European Mission has a legitimate reason to do so. The Danish European Mission webshop uses cookies when the customer shops on the Danish European Mission webshop. A cookie is an ID that is compared in a database to recognize the customer. The information is used so that the customer does not have to re-enter all their information every time they shop in the Danish European Mission webshop. However, the customer can delete these cookies at any time in their internet settings. The customer can at any time find out what information Danish Europamission has registered about them.
