Mission in countries with Christian persecution

In the Gospel of Matthew 24:9-14 it says: "You will be persecuted and many will be killed. You will be hated by all nations because you belong to me. Many false prophets will appear, and they will lead many astray. And the glad tidings of the kingdom of God will be proclaimed in all the world, so that all nations will hear it, and then the end will come."

The end, the Second Coming, will come when all nations have heard the glad tidings of the Kingdom of God. Several Christian organizations, including the Danish European Mission, are working purposefully to reach out with the gospel to all peoples, including in Muslim countries. Here it can cost lives to preach the gospel. I have worked for this for most of my life through the publishing house Scandinavia, where we have published Bibles, children's Bibles and children's books in more than 90 different languages in over 150 different countries.

Jesus says in John 16:2b-4 "... Yes, it will come to the point that those who kill you will think they are serving God.And they will do that because they don't know my father or me."

This is especially true in the Muslim world, where many have been seduced by a false prophet and many imams believe they are serving God by persecuting Christians. But even in these nations, there are people who hear and accept the good news of salvation through faith in Jesus. There are still many nations to reach with the Gospel before the end comes and Jesus comes again.
