Shirin has not had an easy life. During a personal crisis where she was deeply hurt, she was abandoned by her family. She was ostracized. When a Christian couple took her and her daughter in, Shirin had her first encounter with the love of Jesus. Through the Christian couple, she began to get to know Jesus and started walking with him as his disciple. Shirin started an online training program and her passion for sharing the Good News with others grew.
Today, Shirin is an accomplished evangelist. One day she was on a walk to pray for her community and she felt the Lord prompting her to go to the local hospital. Despite her fear of coronavirus, Shirin went, and she found a young woman who accepted her offer of prayer. When Shirin finished praying, the young woman had tears in her eyes. "I asked God this morning to send me someone to help me," the woman explained, "now here you are! You mentioned Jesus. Are you a Christian?". Shirin had the opportunity to share the Gospel with the woman and also gave her her New Testament.
Shirin has since had the opportunity to share the Gospel with others - many who are seeking the hope of Christ and eagerly receiving New Testaments.
