As our previous accountant has decided to resign at the end of the year, we are looking for a person who has a flair for finance and who loves to process numbers in the service of a higher cause, to start no later than January 1, preferably earlier.

- you take pride in being accurate in bookkeeping and number processing in general
- you like to communicate positively with contributors and your colleagues
- understands how to analyze numbers and, despite a detailed chart of accounts, easily form an overview of the organization's financial situation at any given time
- you can ensure effective financial management and contribute with suggestions for further development of the finance function

Work description
- Accounting in Navision and overall financial management
- Payment of incoming invoices
- Disbursement of support for mission projects at the organization's partners
- Posting expenses from bank accounts (another employee handles the posting of gift receipts)
- Preparation of financial statements in collaboration with the auditor
- Monthly written reporting to management on the organization's financial situation
- Preparation of project reports for use by fundraisers and their project management
