A secret location. On the Danish European Mission website www.forfulgtekristne.dk in the e-newsletter and on Facebook, we asked in September and October about praying for the Danish European Mission's partner in a country where Christians are persecuted.
The reason was that the partner was about to lose its approval, which would mean that its work, which also means the work that Danish European Mission's donors support, would become illegal in the future.
It is nothing new for the Danish European Mission to support Christian work despite the fact that a country's authorities make it illegal. These are the conditions in several of the countries where Christians are persecuted.
Now, however, it is reported that the majority of the departments in the partner organization have been approved. Locally, the Christians have been praying a lot. When you are under pressure, you may seek God more intensely than when everything is going well, and our partner says that they had some wonderful prayer meetings.
God gave the leaders the wisdom to approach high-level decision makers. They overruled the committee in charge of approvals, which had clearly warned that our partner would not be approved.
