Islamic State gives Muslims an identity crisis
The brutality of the Islamic State makes many Muslims reflect on their faith. Many are thinking: If the Islamic State's interpretation of Islam is correct, what is it that we believe in?
Furthermore, many Muslims see how Christians in the Danish European Mission's project not only provide aid to Christians, but also distribute aid to people from non-Christian backgrounds - and this leads them to seek out Christian churches and ask what the Christian faith is all about.
In Danmark we have the opportunity to listen to one of the people in the world who knows the most about what is happening in Iraq and Syria right now. He has just returned from Syria and Iraq and is the international project manager for the Danish European Mission's relief project. He is also an advisor to top European politicians.
