The Danish European Mission's postage costs are low
Danish European Mission only pays DKK 5.68 in postage per magazine excluding VAT that is sent out. Four magazines are published per year. In addition, we receive subsidies from the Danish Agency for Culture's magazine pool and VAT compensation. We pay DKK 8.20 in postage per letter excluding VAT (not thank-you letters) sent out via the PostNord port paye (PP) scheme.

Environment and climate
Kailow A/S, which prints our magazine and letters, is CSR (DS 49001), environment (ISO 14001) and work environment certified (OHSAS 18001).
The magazine is climate-compensated by the printer according to ClimateCalc at Gold Standard, printed on Nordic Swan Ecolabel paper and foiled in PVC-free plastic.
Every time a paper-related tree is cut down, new trees are planted by the paper manufacturer.
