How are Christians harassed, discriminated against and persecuted?

Islamic movements are trying to gain influence in the country and the popularity of Islam is increasing, especially among young people. The reason is that Islam was suppressed when the country was communist until 1991 and therefore has martyr status.

However, the country's president and government keep Islamic movements in check and allow Christians the freedom to practice their faith within the framework of the religion law. Approved churches can have their own building.
