I have heard about your imprisonment and it has moved my heart. Therefore, I am sending you this greeting to tell you that I am praying to God for you.
God's peace be with you, dear friend in Christ. I greet you with the love of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Remember the words of Isaiah 9:5: "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given, and the government shall be upon his shoulder. He shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Wonderful God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace." I am thankful that Jesus, the Prince of Peace, is with you, even in prison.
Be assured that the Lord will never forget you, for he has said: "I will not leave you nor forsake you." Therefore we can say with conviction: "The Lord is my helper, I will not fear; what can man do to me?" (Hebrews 13:5-6)
Remember also the words of Genesis 28:15: "I will be with you and keep you wherever you go. And I will bring you back to this land; I will not fail you, but will do what I have promised you."
I also pray for your family and I am thankful that the Lord will comfort them and meet all their needs, as well as your needs.
