{"id":1499,"date":"2020-10-31T16:28:51","date_gmt":"2020-10-31T15:28:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forfulgtekristne.dk\/teologisk-refleksion\/husk-at-sige-tak\/"},"modified":"2024-08-01T14:40:50","modified_gmt":"2024-08-01T12:40:50","slug":"remember-to-say-thank-you","status":"publish","type":"teologisk-refleksion","link":"https:\/\/forfulgtekristne.dk\/en\/bibelsk-refleksion\/husk-at-sige-tak\/","title":{"rendered":"Remember to say thank you"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">What happens when we say thank you to someone else?\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">J<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">o<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> We get the attention away\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">from ourselves and onto the one we are thanking. We get to see ourselves <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">as the<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0who receives<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0-<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> we get the right perspective on our lives. For me it is\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">little word thank you is the most important word in my prayer life. It keeps our focus on him, <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">who through his death and resurrection for us has set us free.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Our Christian brothers and sisters are a great testimony to us here. Despite persecution and <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">much adversity, they are persevering in prayer and thanksgiving to\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">v<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">or Lord Jesus. And they <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">pray for those who persecute them, that they too may come to know the Savior. Yes<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">d<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">e <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">encourages us to <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">to do the same. We can learn a lot from them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In today's Denmark, we have<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0vi<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0had a lot of success<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> and materialism\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">takes up so much space<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. D<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">and <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">can\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">easily get our focus.
