We keep thinking it's around the next corner, and sometimes we experience a moment in the stars and think we're there. But we don't find\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">P<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">aradiset. The<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">t<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0overgrown with hawthorn and thistle and lost in desert sand somewhere in the Middle East where four rivers had once\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">their<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0source<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\"<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">But there is good news<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">F<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">For example. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">gives\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Paul's letters give us a sense of<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0what the cross has to say into\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">our<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0Longing for peace, order, life, love and power<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In excerpt<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0mentions<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0Paul,\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">that\u00a0<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\"Jesus made peace by the blood of the cross<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><\/i><em>\u201c<\/em><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\"God shows his love towards us<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0in that Christ died for us\"<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0-<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">that\u00a0<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\"the believer is buried with him in baptism into death, and raised with Christ<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\"<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">and<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0that\u00a0<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\"<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Jesus was crucified because of sin, the flesh, the old man, the world, the law<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\"<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">J<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">a<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0corset<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0puts everything\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">into a universal and cosmic context<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">because by<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">corset\u00a0<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\"<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">the fence, the dividing wall, is torn down between Jew and Gentile, male and female, bond and free, those who are near and those who are far away<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\"<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">However, it<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">to<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0message\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">about the cross has since the first congregation caused contradiction, and basically<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0Seen I think<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0that all opposition to Christianity is rooted in opposition to the cross<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0-\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">and\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">where the message of the cross prevails<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0the darkness rises. Unfortunately, this is our condition at all times<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.
