SAT-7 T\u00fcrk has seen a doubling in the number of viewer inquiries, while Kanal Hayat has seen an increase of close to 10,000 more interactions each month on the station's social media platforms. When you get scared - as many are during COVID-19 - you make up your mind (...). In the Christian faith you get certainty of salvation, but in Islam you don't know if you will go to heaven when you die.\"<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-15372\" src=\"https:\/\/forfulgtekristne.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/forfulgte-kristne-tyrkiet-mediemission-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>One of those who has come to faith in Jesus after the outbreak of COVID-19 is G\u00fcl.\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Despite being only 24 years old, her life has taken some violent rollercoasters<\/span>. She became pregnant at 18 and ran away from home. In time, however, her and her husband's families accepted the child and their marriage.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">G\u00fcl\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">studied<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"><\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">accounting<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0and her husband was studying engineering. Although their families supported them\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">under<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0Their studies<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">their relationship was under pressure.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">They ended up cheating on each other and separated.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">G\u00fcl chose a secular lifestyle and called himself an atheist.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">It was at this point<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">, that G\u00fcl\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">coincidentally\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">found a Christian TV program while searching the internet.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">She called the number of the follow-up team, but only<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">no<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0barely hold a coherent conversation.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0G\u00fcl was angry and her tongue was sharp.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">But Jesus revealed himself to G\u00fcl. H<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">un became convinced that it was not<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0was<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0God<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0who was behind all<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">t it<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0that had gone wrong in her life<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">. It was\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Instead.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"><\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">her<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"><\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">own stupidity and\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">sin<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"><\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">as<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"><\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">had driven her into problem after problem.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">G\u00fcl repented and came to faith in Jesus Christ. She experienced a true transformation.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0She returned to university\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">and her parents. She now works\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">part-time to support the child,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0and<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0their<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0Is determined to complete his or her education<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0and live a new life. The follow-up team can see how the Holy Spirit works powerfully in G\u00fcl<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0life.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">G\u00fcl is\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00e9<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">n among many new believers in Turkey.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In recent years, churches have<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">rne<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0more and more Muslims are turning away from Islam<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0and<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0instead seek answers in the Christian faith. For many years, the number of Christians with a Muslim background has remained constant at around 4<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">000-5<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">000.
