During my visit to Ruth and Ren\u00e9 <\/span>Hartzners<\/span> cozy home in Hiller\u00f8d, I can see signs of Ren\u00e9 here and there<\/span>s<\/span> great and long-standing commitment to <\/span>the former Eastern Bloc. Before Ren\u00e9 <\/span>Hartzner<\/span> was Secretary General of the Danish European Mission in 1987<\/span>-<\/span>1990, he had been on the board since 1975<\/span>, been a critical auditor<\/span> and traveled a lot, including<\/span> with <\/span>Neerskov<\/span> on his first trip to <\/span>Eastern Europe<\/span> i 1968.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This r<\/span>ej<\/span>see<\/span> became an eye-opener for <\/span>Ren\u00e9 in relation to the <\/span>official<\/span> churches, which some Christians at the time considered <\/span>for<\/span> renegade<\/span>. Ren\u00e9 tells us enthusiastically<\/span>: - <\/span>Among other things, we stayed with the Secretary General of the <\/span>r<\/span>Pentecostal Pentecostal Church<\/span>,<\/span> Tradafir<\/span> Sandru<\/span>,<\/span> in Bucharest<\/span>. <\/span><\/p>\n

The position he was in<\/span>,<\/span> was actually harder than <\/span>for a<\/span> pastor in the u<\/span>nderground church<\/span>as h<\/span>to <\/span>should <\/span>Make sure the church had it <\/span>then <\/span>as well as possible<\/span>but<\/span> at the same time<\/span> cooperation<\/span> with the Communist Party. God had prepared the visit through dreams<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

First <\/span>went for a walk <\/span>however <\/span>to Bulgaria<\/span>. We had planned the trip as well as possible and flew from Sofia to Burgas. Stella said that the young people went out and <\/span>evangelized<\/span>. They split up so that first one person went and sat on the bench<\/span> and then the other<\/span>. At Easter they could say: \"How beautiful are the daffodils\" and the other would say \"Yes, how great is God's creation<\/span>.<\/span>\" <\/span>\"<\/span>Do you believe in God<\/span>?\"<\/span> the second continued, while the third listened on<\/span> and the conversation continued.<\/span> We help<\/span>a<\/span>Help with smuggling <\/span>family<\/span> out of the country in 1971.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
