On\u00a0<\/span>a recent trip to Asia, I met several of the Danish European Mission's contacts<\/span>, among others Tim<\/span>. It turned into\u00a0<\/span>more<\/span>\u00a0Good conversations about helping the persecuted Christians in North Korea<\/span>but first a little politics<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

What\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/b>is\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/b>Status of the negotiations between Trump and Kim Jong-un?<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

The two leaders' m<\/span>Destinations in Singapore<\/span>,\u00a0<\/span>Hano<\/span>i and\u00a0<\/span>i\u00a0<\/span>the\u00a0<\/span>demilita<\/span>r<\/span>ised speech<\/span>\u00a0area\u00a0<\/span>i\u00a0<\/span>(DMZ)<\/span><\/span>between North and South<\/span>korea\u00a0<\/span>has than<\/span>now not resulted in a<\/span>\u00a0breakthrough<\/span>but the question is<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0whether the meetings instead serve to develop\u00a0<\/span>the\u00a0<\/span>personalized<\/span>e<\/span>\u00a0chemistry\u00a0<\/span>Between\u00a0<\/span>the<\/span>. This can<\/span><\/span>potentially<\/span><\/span>b<\/span>idrage\u00a0<\/span>to<\/span>\u00a0a nuclear disarmament agreement,\u00a0<\/span>as well as\u00a0<\/span>if<\/span>\u00a0USA<\/span>\u00a0changes<\/span>\u00a0negotiating position, where you\u00a0<\/span>only\u00a0<\/span>vil\u00a0<\/span>Demand a nuclear freeze<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0and not like now\u00a0<\/span>Total and documented dismantling of the entire\u00a0<\/span>l<\/span>andets<\/span>\u00a0nuclear arsenal and\u00a0<\/span>-<\/span>program<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Safety and security<\/span>political hawks<\/span>\u00a0i<\/span>\u00a0Tru<\/span>m<\/span>ps\u00a0<\/span>Government<\/span>\u00a0vil\u00a0<\/span>ridge<\/span><\/span>argue strongly against a\u00a0<\/span>such\u00a0<\/span>compromise, but it\u00a0<\/span>is clear that the President is keen to\u00a0<\/span>ensure a\u00a0<\/span>s<\/span>t<\/span>gold<\/span>\u00a0Agreement<\/span>,\u00a0<\/span>as well as\u00a0<\/span>He wants\u00a0<\/span>ift.<\/span>\u00a0Israe<\/span>In and around the Palestinian Territories<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Christians<\/span>\u00a0is considered<\/span>\u00a0disloyal,<\/span>\u00a0as they recognize a higher authority than the Kim family<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>is\u00a0<\/span>thus\u00a0<\/span>lowest in the hierarchy<\/span>. The<\/span>n<\/span>\u00a0North Korean\u00a0<\/span>Population is<\/span>, in broad strokes,<\/span><\/span>in<\/span>split<\/span><\/span>into three groups: 1.\u00a0<\/span>D<\/span>e loyal, 2.\u00a0<\/span>D<\/span>e wavering and 3.\u00a0<\/span>D<\/span>e unfair.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Christians are considered disloyal as they recognize a higher authority than the Kim family, and are thus the lowest in the hierarchy\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Is it an advantage that the food program supported by the Danish European Mission does not<\/span><\/i><\/b>\u00a0go<\/span><\/i><\/b>\u00a0through the government?<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

Yes, bypassing the government is a strategic choice<\/span>,\u00a0<\/span>that we have consciously made,\u00a0<\/span>Since the food<\/span>\u00a0thus can reach\u00a0<\/span>forward\u00a0<\/span>ti<\/span>In the\u00a0<\/span>Christian<\/span>\u00a0and others in need with<\/span>\u00a0low<\/span><\/span>songbun,\u00a0<\/span>Tim concludes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
