{"id":1692,"date":"2012-11-13T09:00:44","date_gmt":"2012-11-13T08:00:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forfulgtekristne.dk\/2012\/11\/13\/regnskabsforer-analytiske-evner-soges\/"},"modified":"2024-03-04T15:34:50","modified_gmt":"2024-03-04T14:34:50","slug":"accountant-analytical-skills-needed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/forfulgtekristne.dk\/en\/2012\/11\/13\/regnskabsforer-analytiske-evner-soges\/","title":{"rendered":"Accountant with analytical skills wanted"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As our previous accountant has decided to resign at the end of the year, we are looking for a person who has a flair for finance and who loves to process numbers in the service of a higher cause, to start no later than January 1, preferably earlier.<\/p>\n<h2>We envision you as a person who<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>you can identify with the goals and uniqueness of the organization<\/li>\n<li>you take pride in being accurate in bookkeeping and number processing in general<\/li>\n<li>you like to communicate positively with contributors and your colleagues<\/li>\n<li>understands how to analyze numbers and, despite a detailed chart of accounts, easily form an overview of the organization's financial situation at any given time<\/li>\n<li>you can ensure effective financial management and contribute with suggestions for further development of the finance function<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>We can offer you<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A Christian work community where colleagues belong to different faiths and see it as an enrichment<\/li>\n<li>a workplace in a building where other Christian organizations also belong<\/li>\n<li>A network of colleagues from other mission organizations to help, support and inspire each other<\/li>\n<li>a position of 20-25 hours per week by agreement<\/li>\n<li>remuneration according to agreement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Work description<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Accounting in Navision and overall financial management<\/li>\n<li>Payment of incoming invoices<\/li>\n<li>Disbursement of support for mission projects at the organization's partners<\/li>\n<li>Posting expenses from bank accounts (another employee handles the posting of gift receipts)<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of financial statements in collaboration with the auditor<\/li>\n<li>Monthly written reporting to management on the organization's financial situation<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of project reports for use by fundraisers and their project management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Applications with attachments should be sent electronically and addressed to Secretary General Henrik Ertner Rasmussen, e-mail\u00a0 <a href=\"mailto:her@daneu.dk\">her@daneu.dk<\/a>.
